How to return my product ?

The consumer has the right to exchange the commodity or return it with a refund of its cash value, without giving any reasons and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receiving it, provided that the commodity is in the condition it was in when contracting (i.e., it has not been opened or used) - Article No. 17 of Law.
